Neighbourhood-level placements · one advertiser per area · no pop-ups, no lead selling
This guide is free to read because Florida providers pay for the placements inside it. The families reading are not browsing. A parent on the dental tab is looking for a dentist this week; a parent at the end of the trusts tab has just realised they need an attorney.
Buy a neighbourhood, or the whole state
Readers tell us their ZIP code. Each placement holds several sponsors, each mapped to their own five-mile radius, and a family is shown the one nearest them. A Palmetto Bay center and a Fort Lauderdale center can both own the leaderboard — neither pays for impressions in the other's city.
Local is five miles around a ZIP you choose, or a list of ZIPs you name. Statewide shows everywhere no local sponsor covers, including to readers who have not given a ZIP yet. A local sponsor always outranks a statewide one inside their own radius, so buying local is never wasted — and buying statewide picks up everyone the local buyers cannot reach.
Five miles is deliberate. In Miami-Dade that is a real catchment: the families who can actually get to you. It is also why local costs a fraction of statewide, and why one slot can carry a dozen sponsors without any of you competing.

One advertiser per category within a radius. "Areas taken" counts neighbourhoods already sold in a placement — it says nothing about whether yours is free, so ask. Prepay three months and take 15% off either rate.
The three-month starter
Three months is the shortest run that tells you anything. Under that you are reading noise: a slow fortnight looks like failure, a school-deadline week looks like a triumph, and neither is true. So the standard buy is a quarter, prepaid, and it comes with the things that usually cost extra.
| Included | What it is | Value |
|---|---|---|
| One placement, one area | Three months in the tab you choose, targeted to a five-mile radius around your address — or statewide if you serve the whole state. | from $150 |
| Creative built for you | We size and build the ad from your logo and photos. Two rounds of revisions, files are yours to keep. | $195 |
| One newsletter mention | Named in a Tuesday issue and in its permanent archive page. | $45 |
| Reporting | Views, clicks, and click-through rate for your ad specifically, at the end of each month. | — |
| Three months prepaid, all in | 15% off | |
Three months of the sports tab locally works out at about $150 all in; the leaderboard statewide at about $890. After the quarter it continues month to month, cancel with thirty days' notice. A second location in the same placement is half price.
Sponsor the weekly newsletter
The newsletter goes to families who asked for it, opened it, and stayed. One sponsor per issue, named in the email itself and in the archived copy on the site, which keeps earning long after the send.
| What | Detail | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Single issue | One line and a link inside one Tuesday send, plus the permanent archive page for that issue. | $45 |
| Four issues | A month of consecutive issues. The repeat is what gets remembered. | $149 |
| Twelve issues | A quarter, sold as a block. | $399 |
| Local-only line | Named only to subscribers inside your five-mile radius, using the ZIP they gave at signup. Cheaper because it reaches fewer people — the right ones. | $25 / issue |
Add-ons
| Add-on | What it is | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Community listing | A text-only entry on the resources page — name, category, neighbourhood, one line, one link. No artwork needed. Built for solo therapists, respite providers, and small practices. | $29 / mo |
| Creative production | We build the ad from your logo, photos, and copy, sized correctly. Two rounds of revisions. You keep the files. | $195 once |
| Co-branded resource sheet | A printable one-page handout on a topic in your lane — a PPEC tour checklist, a dental desensitization plan — with your logo, linked from the relevant tab. | $450 once |
| Second area | Another five-mile radius in the same placement, for a second location. | 50% off |
| Annual prepay | Twelve months paid up front. | Pay 10 |
What sponsors get
- Exclusivity in your area. One advertiser per category within a five-mile radius — you are not stacked against three competitors on the same screen, and you never pay for a reader who cannot reach you.
- Contextual placement inside the section where families are making that specific decision.
- Reporting per ad: views, clicks, and click-through rate for your creative, not a site-wide average.
- Your own creative, or ours.
What sponsors don't get
- Mentions inside the guidance, the checklist, or the answers section. The editorial is not for sale at any price.
- Review or approval of anything we write.
- Any family's contact information. The newsletter list is never sold, rented, or shared — with sponsors or anyone else — and we don't broker leads.
Terms
- Three months to start, month-to-month after that, thirty days' written notice to cancel.
- Flat monthly fee, fixed in advance. Nothing here is priced per lead, per call, per patient, or as a share of revenue.
- Creative due five business days before the flight begins; PNG, JPG, or WebP at the sizes above, plus a destination URL.
- Invoiced monthly in advance. Placement goes live on payment.
- We decline some advertisers. No unproven treatments or cure claims, no supplement marketing, no multi-level marketing, no political advertising, and nothing that would mislead a family about what a program can do for their child.
